Overview
The SANFA SF-CJ-1Q Laminar Flow Cabinet is one of the basic equipment required for conducting biotechnology research and experiments, providing operational air purification capabilities.
Features
1. The shell is made of good Cold rolled steel plate, electrostatic spraying, and the operating table is made of mirror stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
2. This machine adopts an air purification system composed of centrifugal fan and effective and medium-efficiency Filter, so that the air can be filtrated from the beginning, with high cleanliness.
3. Adopting an adjustable wind turbine, the light touch switch can adjust the wind speed in the working area to ensure that the wind speed in the working area is always in a satisfactory state, and is equipped with independently controlled lighting and ultraviolet sterilization lamps.
4. The vertical unidirectional flow manifold closes the work surface to effectively prevent external gas penetration and odor in the operation area from harming the human body.
5. Adopting a counterweight mobile operating door allows users to position themselves arbitrarily according to their needs, making the experimental operation more convenient and simple.
Principle
Laminar Flow Cabinet drives the air through a centrifugal fan, which is filtered through an air purification system composed of effective and medium-efficient filters to form a vertical one-way flow to ensure clean air in the work area.
Applications
Biotechnology research, chemical experiments, electronics, national defense, precision instruments, meters, colleges and universities
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Use a touch switch to adjust the wind speed in the working area.
3. Locate the counterweight mobile operating door as required.
4. Turn on the independently controlled lighting and UV sterilization lamps.
Notice
• Power frequency is~ 220V/50Hz.
• Regularly clean the countertop to maintain corrosion resistance.
• Avoid use in environments with noise greater than 60dB (A).
• Be careful to keep the wind speed in the working area within the range of 0.3 to 0.6m/s.
• Pay attention to safety protection when using ultraviolet germicidal lamps.
