Principle
The product is a wire-wound Metering rod. Its Working Principle is to use the gap formed by the stainless steel wire (wire diameter 0.13mm) tightly wound on the mandrel to control the transfer amount of Spreader liquid. When the Spreader liquid passes through the rod body, the excess liquid is scraped off by the wire, and the liquid retained in the wire gap is transferred to the substrate, resulting in a uniform and controllable wet-film (nominal wet film thickness 12.7μm).

Steps
1. According to the Spreader process requirements, select the appropriate Metering rod model (such as wire winding rod).
