Overview
JINGKELIAN QFR coating solvent resistance tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T17748-1999 standard requirements. It is mainly used to measure the solvent resistance of aluminum-plastic composite board coatings, and can also be used to measure the solvent resistance of Miscellaneous similar substrate coatings. The instrument has reasonable structure, reliable performance, simple operation and automatic calculation function.
Features
1. Reasonable structure and reliable performance.
2. Simple operation, High Degree of automation.
3. With automatic calculation function.
Principle
When the instrument is working, a flexible wipe head parcelling four layers of medical gauze is used. After absorbing the solvent, scruf back and forth to the specified number of times at the same position on the coating surface with a certain pressure and Frequency. The solvent resistance of the coating is measured by visually measuring whether there is an inner layer phenomenon at the scruf.
Applications
Determination of coating solvent resistance of aluminum-plastic composite plate, Miscellaneous substrate coating solvent resistance
Steps
1. Prepare flexible wiper and parcel four layers of medical gauze.
2. The wipe head is full of solvent.
3. Place the instrument grinding head in the coating surface test position.
4. Set up and start the instrument to scruf at the specified Force, Travel and Frequency.
5. Scruf stops after a set number of times.
6. Visually check whether there is an inner layer phenomenon at the scruf.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument power supply is Ac220v and 50HZ before use.
• Friction load should be controlled within the range of 1000 +/- 100g.
• The head wiper should use the prescribed four layers of medical gauze.
• Ensure sufficient solvent during the scrubbing process.
• Test results should be judged by visual inspection to ensure good observation conditions.
• The instrument is suitable for the tests specified in the relevant standards, and should not be used for Miscellaneous non-specified purposes.
