Principle
DR9000S anticorrosive layer thickness gauge uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to determine the film thickness of the coating by measuring the change of magnetic Induction between the magnetic metal substrate and the nonmagnetic coating, and realizes nondestructive detection.
Applications
Paints, Electrophoresis, Powder, Galvanized, Chromium, Copper, Enamel, Rubber, Enamel, Anticorrosive layer, Paint and other nonmagnetic film thickness measurement
Standards
GB/T 4956-1985、GB/T 4956-2003
Steps
1. Select the measurement method (continuous measurement or single measurement)
2. Calibrate as needed (zero point calibrate, two point calibrate or multi point calibrate)
3. Place the Probe on the surface to be tested
4. Read Film thickness values on the display
5. Use the statistics function to view MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average and other data
6. Optional storage of measurement data
7. Manual or automatic shutdown after use
