DR6000 coating platings thickness gauge is a professional nondestructive testing instrument for measuring the film thickness of magnetic metal materials coated with platings. In line with the national GB/T 4956-2003 standard, using the principle of magnetic thickness measurement, it can quickly and nondestructive measurement of magnetic metal substrates (such as steel, iron) Film thickness of nonmagnetic coatings (galvanized, chromium, imprisoned, enamel, rubber, powder, paints, Electrophoresis, enamel, spraying, coating, anti-corrosion and fireproof coating, etc.), the instrument has a precise and firm structure, good repeability, good performance, simple use and convenient carrying.

• Minimum measurement surface is φ 16mm
• Minimum radius of curvature: convex 5mm; concave 25mm
• The thinnest substrate is 0.4mm.
