Overview
The LANDTEK CM8826f Coating thickness gauge is a magnetic Coating thickness gauge with an external F Probe, which is used to measure the thickness of nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates. The measurement is stable and fast. The instrument has two methods of single and continuous measurement, and has a low voltage prompt function. It can be shut down manually and automatically. The design is ergonomic, the Appearance is beautiful, and the operation is easy.

Principle
Using the principle of magnetic Induction, F Probe makes it possible to directly measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings (e.g. paints, plastics, enamels, copper, aluminum, zinc, chromium, etc.) on the surface of magnetically permeable materials (e.g. steel, iron and nickel).

Steps
1. Select Single or Continuous Measurement mode
2. Place the F Probe on the surface to be tested
3. Read the measurement results on the display
4. Optional male/imperial unit conversion
5. After use, you can manually shut down or wait for automatic shutdown.

Only for nonmagnetic coating measurements on magnetic metal substrates
• Operating temperature range 0~ 40 ℃
• relative humidity range of 10~ 90% RH
• Pay attention to the low voltage prompt and replace the battery in time
• Buzzer does not sound during continuous measurement
• Minimum measurement surface is φ 6mm
• The minimum substrate thickness is 0.3mm.
