The equipment adopts numerical control machine tool to process the molding box, equipped with imported stainless steel liner and spray shell, which has the characteristics of beautiful and easy operation.

Principle
The equipment uses the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor to achieve low temperature control through the refrigeration system, and the refrigeration system adopts the unit or binary low temperature circuit system design. The heating system adopts a fully independent system and a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater to achieve heating, and the humidification system adopts a built-in isolated, all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier to achieve humidity control. Through the strong air supply circulation of the multi-wing blower, the temperature and humidity distribution in the test area are uniform, and the air circulation air outlet and return air design ensures accurate and stable temperature and humidity control.

Steps
1. Connect power supply AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
Step 2 Refill the tank with water
3. Set test parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
4. Select or edit the test program
5. Start the device and start testing
6. Monitor the test process through the observation window
7. Turn off the device after the test is completed
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 5 ℃~ + 30 ℃
• Operating Environment Humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Pay attention to check the water level of the replenishment tank to avoid water shortage
• Pay attention to the safe operation of the pipeline circuit system of the waterway system during maintenance and repair
• Avoid touching the controller screen artificially during testing
• Pay attention to the status of the safety protection device of the equipment
• Use the 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box when connecting the external test line
