Overview
HZAOC GDJW-500D high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, and the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate.
2. The thermal insulation material is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton, and the door sealing is double-decked silicone rubber sealing material.
3. The observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, size 200 × 300mm, built-in special heating wire anti-frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, and supports full Chinese menu operation.
7. The control mode is continuous PID control, setting programs 120 groups, each group up to 99 steps, can be connected to the loop.
8. With power failure recovery settings, real-time data display, fault number display, multiple alarm functions, and safety protection measures.
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air-conditioning cabinet, and the air supply mode is upper air supply and lower air return. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the instrument and is controlled by a solid-state relay; the refrigeration system adopts a shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The control system performs continuous PID control through the LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller to realize the fixed value and program operation, and has an independent over-temperature protector and an interlock device to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Select the operation mode (set value or program operation) on the controller.
3. Set temperature parameters and programs, including program sets, steps, cycles, etc.
4. Start the device and observe the real-time data to ensure normal operation.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Power frequency within 380V +/- 10% to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment performance.
• When setting the program, carefully check the parameters to prevent misoperation.
• When the equipment is running, pay attention to observe the fault alarm and deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner.
• Regularly check the heater, refrigeration system and sealing components to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
• When using the test hole, make sure the stopper sealing is good to prevent temperature leakage.
• When over-temperature or Miscellaneous protection device is triggered, stop operation immediately and check the cause.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to avoid the risk of electric shock.
