Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, and the shell is sprayed with A3 steel plate. Appearance has good texture and high cleanliness.
2. The replenishment tank is placed in the lower right part of the control box body, and has the function of automatic water shortage protection.

Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor and unit or binary low temperature circuit design through the refrigeration system to achieve rapid cooling; the heating system adopts a fully independent nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater to heat up; the humidification system works independently and corrects the temperature and humidity changes in real time through the automatic calculation function. The circulation system uses a multi-wing blower to power the air to ensure that the temperature and humidity are evenly distributed in the test area, and the air circuit design makes the temperature and humidity quickly stabilize after opening the door.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is AC280V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10%, 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Open the box door and place the test sample on the test rack.
3. Set the test program through the large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument, you can choose the Chinese and English interface, and edit 100 sets of programs and 1000 steps.
4. Set temperature range (such as -40 ℃ to 150 ℃), time (0-9999 minutes or hours adjustable) and other parameters.
5. Start the test, the instrument automatically calculates and controls the temperature and humidity, and displays the Linear dispersion diagram in real time.
6. During the test, the conditions in the box can be monitored by observing the window, and external cables in the test hole can be used if necessary.
7. After the test is completed, turn off the device and remove the sample.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be maintained at 5 ° C to 30 ° C with humidity not exceeding 85% R.H.
• Regularly check the water level of the replenishment tank to avoid protection shutdown due to water shortage.
• Make sure the power is disconnected during maintenance to avoid the risk of electric shock.
• Do not open the door frequently during the test, so as not to affect the temperature and humidity stability and stability time.
• The equipment has safety protection functions, such as leakage, short circuit, overheating, etc., and can be dealt with in time when there is an abnormality.
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning the cabinet to avoid scratching the stainless steel liner and shell.
