Overview
GDW-225C low/high temperature test chamber is a ZKHS brand product, suitable for aerospace products, information electronic Instruments, materials, electrical, electronic products and various electronic components in high and low temperature or heat and humidity environment inspection of various performance indicators. The box is processed by numerical control machine tools, beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, and the shell is sprayed with A3 steel plate to improve the appearance, texture and cleanliness
2. The replenishment tank is placed in the lower right part of the control box body and has the function of automatic water shortage protection
3. Large observation window with lighting, using heating element embedded tempered Glass, easy to clearly observe the situation in the box
4. The humidification system pipeline and the control circuit board are designed separately to avoid water leakage and improve safety
5. The piping circuit system of the water system adopts door opening, which is convenient for maintenance and repair
6. The box body insulation adopts ultra-fine fiberglass insulation cotton to reduce energy loss
7. The left side of the box is equipped with a 50mm diameter test hole, which can be used for external test power cord or signal cable
8. The temperature and humidity control instrument adopts a 7.0-inch large screen, supports Chinese and English interfaces, and has a capacity of 100 sets of programs and 1000 segments of 999 cycle steps
9. The controller has a screen lock function to avoid human touch shutdown, and supports RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface
10. With automatic calculation function, it can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions, making the control more accurate and stable

Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber is cooled by the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor in the refrigeration system, the heating system is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater, and the circulation system is powered by a multi-wing blower to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the test area. The controller corrects the temperature and humidity change conditions in real time through the automatic calculation function to achieve accurate and stable environment simulation.

Steps
1. Power frequency AC280V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
2. Set the test parameters through the large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument
3. Edit the test program with 100 sets of programs and 1000 segments of 999 loops
4. Start the operation of the equipment and monitor the operation Linear dispersion diagram displayed on the screen in real time
5. Automatic shutdown or manual stop after the test is completed

• Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 5 ℃~ + 30 ℃
• Operating Environment Humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Power frequency fluctuation range, ensure that within AC280V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10%
• Regularly check the water level of the replenishment tank to avoid water shortage
