GDJW-100B high and low temperature alternating test chamber is an Environmental performance equipment of ZKHS brand, which is suitable for the performance detection of aviation, aerospace products, information electronics, Instruments, materials, electrical, electronic products and various electronic components in high and low temperature environment. The equipment adopts numerical control machine tool to process the molding box, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The box body is processed and formed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
2. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, and the shell is sprayed with A3 steel plate to improve the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3. Large observation window with lighting, embedded tempered Glass, easy to clearly observe the situation inside the box.
4. The left side of the box is equipped with a 50mm diameter test hole, which supports an external test power cord or signal cable.
5. The temperature control adopts a 7.0-inch large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument, which has simple operation settings and a locking function.
6. With P.I.D automatic calculation function, the temperature control is accurate and stable.
7. The refrigerator adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and the refrigeration system adopts the unit or binary low temperature circuit system design.
8. The multi-wing blower is used for strong air circulation, with uniform temperature distribution and wind pressure and wind speed meeting the test standards.
9. The heating and cooling systems are fully independent, reducing testing costs, increasing lifespan, and reducing failure rates.
10. Safety protection includes leakage, short circuit, overheating, motor overheating, Compressor overvoltage, overload, overcurrent protection.
Principle
The test chamber adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and unit or binary low temperature circuit system through the refrigeration system, combined with the strong air supply circulation of the multi-wing blower, to achieve uniform temperature distribution. The temperature control adopts the P.I.D automatic calculation function, and the temperature is accurately adjusted through the large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument to ensure the stability and reliability of the test environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC280V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire.
2. Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument input test conditions, such as temperature range and time.
3. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and heating systems work independently to achieve temperature changes.
4. Monitor the inside of the box by observing the window, and connect the external circuit with the test hole if necessary.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity should not exceed 85% R.H.
• Avoid touching the controller artificially to prevent changing the temperature setting.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as leakage, short circuit, over temperature and other protection functions.
• Power frequency stability to avoid overload or overcurrent.
• Pay attention to the temperature stabilization time after opening the door to avoid affecting the test results.
