GDJW-100A high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a HZAOC brand product, which is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test.

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air-conditioning cabinet. The heating system uses PID signals to control the nickel-chrome wire electric heater of the porcelain frame through solid-state relays, and the refrigeration system uses the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the air supply mode is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure temperature uniformity and control accuracy.

Steps
1. Set the temperature program in the controller, you can choose the fixed value or the program operation mode
2. Invoke pre-stored process Linear dispersion or write a new program name
3. Start the device and monitor the real-time displayed temperature, running time and other data
4. Set Timer Range and Safety Protection Parameters according to Test Requirements
5. After the run, check the fault number (if any) and deal with it

When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, it is forbidden to start the refrigeration unit and heating system
When a fault occurs, find the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller

* When using the test hole, make sure the stopper is installed tightly to maintain the insulation performance
