Overview
GDJW-225D high and low temperature alternating test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for aviation, aerospace products, information electronics, Instruments, materials, electrical, electronic products and various electronic element gas parts to detect their performance indicators in high and low temperature environment. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, and the shell is sprayed with A3 steel plate. Appearance has good texture and high cleanliness.
2. The large observation window is equipped with lighting and embedded with tempered Glass, which is convenient for clear observation of the situation in the box.
3. The left side of the box is equipped with a 50mm diameter test hole, which is convenient for external test power cord or signal cable.
4. The temperature control adopts a 7.0-inch large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument, which has simple operation settings and a locking function to prevent accidental touch.
5. With P.I.D automatic calculation function, accurate and stable temperature control.
6. The refrigerator adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and the refrigeration system adopts a unit or binary low temperature circuit design.
7. The multi-wing blower has a strong air supply circulation, uniform temperature distribution, and the air circuit circulation design makes the temperature stabilize quickly when the door is opened.
8. Heating and cooling systems are independent, reducing testing costs, increasing lifespan, and reducing failure rates.
9. Safety protection includes leakage, short circuit, overheating, motor overheating, Compressor overvoltage, overload, overcurrent protection.
Principle
The test chamber realizes high and low temperature environment simulation through refrigeration system and heating system. The refrigeration system adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and low temperature circuit design, and the heating system adopts nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater. The control system uses the P.I.D automatic calculation function, and the temperature is precisely adjusted through the large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument. The air circuit circulation system ensures that the temperature is evenly distributed in the test area.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is AC280V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10%, 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument input test conditions, such as temperature range and time.
3. Start the device, and the system automatically performs P.I.D calculation and temperature control.
4. Use the observation window and lighting to monitor the situation in the box, and connect external cables through the test hole if necessary.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H.
• Avoid touching the controller artificially to prevent changing the setting value.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as leakage, short circuit, overheating, etc.
• Power frequency is stable and meets equipment requirements.
• Pay attention to the temperature stabilization time after opening the door to avoid affecting the test results.
