Overview
GDJW-010D high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a ZKHS brand product, which is suitable for the performance detection of aviation, aerospace products, information electronics, Instruments, materials, electrical, electronic products and various electronic components in high and low temperature environments. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, with beautiful appearance and easy operation.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, and the shell is sprayed with A3 steel plate. Appearance has good texture and high cleanliness.
2. Large observation window with lighting, embedded tempered Glass, clear observation of the situation in the box.
3. The left side of the box is equipped with a 50mm diameter test hole, which is convenient for external test power cord or signal cable.
4. Temperature control uses a 7.0-inch large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument, with simple operation settings and a locking function.
5. With P.I.D automatic calculation function, the temperature control is accurate and stable.
6. The refrigerator adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and the refrigeration system adopts the unit or binary low temperature circuit system design.
7. The multi-wing blower is used for strong air supply circulation, with uniform temperature distribution. The air circulation design makes the temperature return to stability at the moment of opening the door faster.
8. The heating and cooling systems are fully independent, effectively reducing testing costs, increasing lifespan, and reducing failure rates.
Principle
The test chamber uses the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and refrigeration system to achieve a low temperature environment through the refrigeration system, and the heating system uses a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater to achieve a high temperature environment. The temperature control adopts the P.I.D automatic calculation function, and the temperature is precisely adjusted through the large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument. The circulation system uses a multi-wing blower to power the air to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the test area, and the air circulation design optimizes temperature stability.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is AC280V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10%, 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Enter the test conditions and parameters through the large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument.
3. Start the device, the system automatically performs temperature control, and uses the P.I.D calculus function to correct temperature changes.
4. Monitor the situation in the box by observing the window, and use the external cable of the test hole if necessary.
5. The test time can be adjusted from 0 to 9999 minutes or hours, depending on requirements.
6. After the test, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.

• Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H.
• Power frequency compliance to avoid overload or short circuit.
• The equipment has safety protection functions, including leakage, short circuit, overtemperature, motor overheating, Compressor overvoltage, overload, overcurrent protection, but it needs to be checked regularly.
• Pay attention to temperature stability when opening the door to avoid long-term opening affecting the test accuracy.
• Keep the cabinet clean and maintain the refrigeration and circulation system regularly.
• Confirm that the parameters are set correctly before the test to avoid human error.
