Overview
GDS-500D high and low temperature damping heat test chamber is produced by ZKHS, suitable for aerospace products, information electronic Instruments, materials, electrical and electronic products and various electronic components in high and low temperature or heat and humidity environment inspection performance indicators. Inner chamber dimensions of the equipment are 700 * 800 * 900mm, Temperature range -60~ 150 ℃, Humidity Control Range 30~ 98% R.H., with precise temperature and humidity control ability.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a fully independent system of nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater, and the built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier is humidified. The evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact dehumidification method is used to achieve dehumidification. The refrigeration system adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression refrigeration method, and a strong air supply circulation is realized through a temperature-resistant and low-noise air-conditioning motor and a multi-blade centrifugal wind turbine to ensure uniform temperature and humidity distribution in the test area.
