Overview
HZAOC GDW-150C low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the liner is imported SUS304B stainless steel, the outer wall is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate, and the insulation layer is ultra-fine Glass cotton.
2. The door adopts double-decked silicone rubber sealing, the observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, built-in frost-proof heating wire and lighting lamp.
3. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, the key components are imported brands from many countries, and R404A refrigerant is used.
6. The refrigeration system is equipped with multiple Safety protection and monitoring devices such as high and low pressure control, overpressure and overload.
7. Temperature control using High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor, accurate and stable control.
8. Control system has perfect protection functions, including phase loss, overtemperature, overload, leakage, etc., and has an independent overtemperature protector.
9. The electrical system is equipped with an interlock device to ensure the safe linkage of the fan, cooling, and heating systems.
Principle
The equipment is forced to circulate air through the evaporator (cooling), electric heater (heating) and fan in the air conditioning cabinet to realize the temperature regulation in the working room. The temperature sensor detects the trend temperature and feeds back the signal to the High Accuracy temperature controller. The temperature controller adjusts the on-off of the heater by controlling the solid state relay and adjusts the cooling capacity through the refrigeration system, so as to precisely control the temperature in the box within the set range. The refrigeration system uses the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity to ensure smooth and accurate temperature control.
Applications
Electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials adaptability test, stress screening test
Standards
GB/T2423.1-2001、GB/T2423.2-2001、GB/T10592-2008、GB/T10589-1989、GB/T11158-1989、IEC68-2-1、IEC68-2-2
Steps
1. Place the equipment in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V (+/- 10%) three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Set the test temperature, time and other parameters through the function buttons on the operation panel.
4. Start the equipment and the circulating fan starts to work.
5. The equipment automatically runs the cooling or heating program according to the setting to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
6. After the test reaches the set time, it will stop automatically or manually as required.
7. After the test, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use AC380V (+/- 10%) three-phase four-wire power supply.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
When starting, ensure that the circulating fan starts normally, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system will not start.
• Pay attention to the system's high and low pressure meters and various fault indicators to ensure normal operation.
• Regularly check the integrity of door sealing strips, test hole plugs and other components to ensure thermal insulation efficiency.
