Overview
BENTING CBGDW-150L low/high temperature test chamber is a test equipment for simulating high and low temperature environment, Temperature range -40~ 150 ℃, Inner chamber dimensions 500 * 600 * 500mm, volume 150L, suitable for product reliability testing.
Features
1. The outer box is made of cold plate paint, the inner wall is a good mirror stainless steel plate, and the thermal insulation material is fiberglass.
2, single open hinged door design, equipped with observation window, lighting and window/door frame anti-condensation electric heating device.
3. Control panel integrated controller display, U disk interface, RS232 computer communication interface, power switch, status indicator and sound and light alarm device.
4. The unit includes refrigeration unit, water tray, drain hole, condenser fan, condenser inlet trend and supply water tank.
5. The power distribution system includes IO boards, machine tool transformers, ballasts, intermediate relays, solid state relays, AC contactors, thermal relays, fuses, under-inverting relays, and air switches.
6. The control system automatically adjusts the operation of the refrigerator to save energy, and the cooling capacity of the evaporator is switched by the solenoid valve.
Principle
The test chamber drives the refrigeration unit through the control system, adopts the binary cascade refrigeration method to realize the low temperature control of -40 ℃~ -70 ℃, and uses the humidifier to adjust the humidity. Temperature Fluctuation ≤ 0.5 ℃, Uniformity ≤ 2.0 ℃, Heating rate 3 ℃/min, Cooling rate 0.75~ 1 ℃/min, to ensure the accuracy of environment simulation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power switch and check the control panel status indicator.
2. Set the required temperature range and Miscellaneous test parameters through the controller.
3. Start the refrigeration unit and humidifier, and the system will automatically operate and adjust the working conditions.
4. Monitor the test process and use observation windows and alarm devices to ensure safety.
5. After the test, shut down the equipment and clean the interior.
Notice
It is forbidden to test products that may produce flammable, explosive, volatile, highly toxic, corrosive and radioactive substances.
