HZAOC GDW-225D low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the liner is imported SUS304B stainless steel, the outer wall is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in heating wire frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a 50mm test hole with a silicone rubber plug, providing both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and the core refrigeration components are imported brand products from many countries.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, long-term operation does not drift.
8. Safety protection system, including over-temperature protection, phase loss protection, overload protection, etc., and an independent over-temperature protector.
9. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
Principle
The equipment heats or cools the air in the working room through the evaporator, electric heater and fan components in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating system is controlled by a solid-state relay to work with the electric heater; the refrigeration system is composed of a fully enclosed Compressor and supporting refrigeration components, and the cooling capacity is adjusted by the shunt method. The control system controls the operation of the heating and cooling system through PID operation according to the temperature signal detected by the PT100 Sensor to achieve accurate temperature control, and forms an air circulation of upper air supply and lower air return in the studio to achieve the set temperature environment.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the power supply that meets the requirements (AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire system).
3. Start the device through the function button on the operation panel, and start the circulating fan first.
4. Set the required test temperature, time, and other parameters on the temperature controller.
5. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
6. The equipment starts running, automatically heating or cooling to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
7. During the test, the specimen can be observed through the observation window.
8. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment can be stopped according to the program and the sample can be taken out.
Notice
* Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
* Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
* Must use an AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply and ensure proper wiring.
* The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
* Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
When starting, the circulating fan needs to be started before the cooling and heating systems can be started (interlock protection).
Pay attention to the status of various protection indicators when the equipment is running, and deal with any malfunctions in a timely manner.
* Regularly check the integrity of sealing parts such as hole plugs.
