Features

6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and the key refrigeration components are original imported brands.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller for accurate and stable control.
8. With independent over-temperature protector and multiple Safety protection measures, such as phase loss, over-temperature, overload, leakage and other protection.
9. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
Principle
The test chamber is heated by the electric heater in the air conditioning cabinet and cooled by the refrigeration unit. The High Accuracy temperature controller controls the operation of the Heating power and the refrigeration unit by controlling the solid state relay according to the temperature signal fed back by the PT100 Sensor, so as to achieve precise control of the temperature of the studio. Adopt the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity, and realize the air circulation of the upper air supply and the lower air return through the circulating fan to ensure the uniform temperature in the box.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80 cm of space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the device through the buttons on the operation panel and set the required temperature program, time and other parameters.
4. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the test, and the device will run automatically according to the set program.
6. After the test is completed, remove the sample and power off the device.

• The operating environment should be below 28 ° C and well ventilated.
• Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
• The power requirements are AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire system.
