Overview
HZAOC GDW-225E low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for storage, transportation and adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment, as well as temperature gradual change test. The equipment can also be used for stress screening test of electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the liner is imported SUS304B stainless steel, the outer wall is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in heating wire to prevent frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, the key refrigeration components are original imported brands, and R404A refrigerant is used.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor for accurate and stable control.
8. Safety protection system with multiple, including independent over-temperature protector, electrical interlock device and phase loss, overvoltage, overload, leakage and other protection.
Principle
The equipment realizes the temperature regulation in the working room through the evaporator, electric heater and fan system in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts Compressor refrigeration, and the heating system adopts electric heater. The temperature sensor monitors the trend temperature. The Control system controls the operation of the heater and the refrigeration unit through PID operation by controlling the solid state relay according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value, and realizes the precise temperature control of the return air circulation under the upper air supply to simulate the required high and low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the device through the function button on the operation panel, and start the circulating fan first.
4. Set the required temperature program, cooling rate, and timing time (0 to 999 hours) on the thermostat.
5. Put the sample into the studio and close the box door to ensure sealing.
6. Start the test and the equipment will run according to the set program.
7. During the test, the specimen can be observed through the observation window.
8. After the test, remove the sample according to the procedures and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature must be between 5 ° C and + 28 ° C, with an average temperature of ≤ 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must ensure that the power supply is AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
When starting the equipment, ensure that the circulating fan starts normally, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system will not start.
• Safety protection instructions when the equipment is running, if there is a fault alarm, it needs to be checked in time.
• Regularly check the integrity of door seals, test hole plugs and other seals.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
