Overview
HZAOC GDW-500E low/high temperature test chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high and low temperature environment. It is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and their materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in heating wire frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, and the key refrigeration components are original imported brand products.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor to control accurately and smoothly.
8. Safety protection system with multiple, including independent over-temperature protector, electrical interlock device and phase loss, overvoltage, overload, leakage and other protection.
Principle
The equipment uses the evaporator, electric heater, fan and other components in the air conditioning cabinet to heat or cool the air in the working room under the precise management of the Control system to achieve temperature control. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend to monitor the temperature. The Control system controls the on-off of the heater through PID adjustment and solid state relay according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value, and adjusts the cooling capacity through the refrigeration system, so as to achieve accurate control and circulation of the temperature. The air supply method is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure uniform temperature in the box.
Applications
Electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials high and low temperature adaptability test, temperature gradual change test, stress screening test
Standards
GB/T2423.1-2001、GB/T2423.2-2001、GB/T10592-2008、GB/T10589-1989、GB/T11158-1989、IEC68-2-1、IEC68-2-2
Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V (+/- 10%) three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Function settings through the buttons on the operation panel, including Temperature range, lifting rate, timing time, etc.
4. Put the sample into the studio and close the box door to ensure sealing.
5. Start the equipment, and after the circulating fan starts working, the refrigeration or heating system runs according to the set program.
6. During the test, the specimen can be observed through the observation window.
7. After the test reaches the set time or conditions, the equipment stops running, and the sample is removed after the temperature in the box approaches the Ambient Temperature.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃~ 28 ℃, Environmental humidity ≤ 85%.
• Must ensure that the power supply is AC380V (+/- 10%)/50HZ three-phase four-wire system and meets the phase sequence requirements.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
• Safety protection equipment with a variety of, but the operation still need to pay attention to abnormal conditions, such as fault indicator lights need to be checked in time.
• Before the test, check whether the sealing strip of the box door and the test hole plug are in good condition to ensure the thermal insulation efficiency.
When taking and placing samples, pay attention to the temperature in the box to avoid burns or frostbite.
