Overview
HZAOC GDW-010E low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the liner is imported SUS304B stainless steel, the outer wall is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door adopts double-decked silicone rubber sealing, the observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, built-in frost-proof heating wire and lighting lamp.
3. The side of the box is equipped with a φ 50mm test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.

6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor, heating output adopts solid state relay zero-crossing trigger, accurate control and low noise.

8. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend to ensure Temperature uniformity.
Principle
The equipment is heated by the electric heater in the air-conditioning cabinet and cooled by the Compressor refrigeration system to realize the temperature change in the working room. The Control system controls the solid-state relay to adjust the heater Power according to the trend temperature detected by the PT100 Sensor, and adjusts the cooling capacity through the shunt method, so as to precisely control the temperature in the box within the set range. The circulating fan prompts the air to circulate between the studio (upper air supply and lower air return) and the regulating cabinet to ensure uniform temperature. An independent over-temperature protector and multiple Safety protection mechanisms ensure the safe operation of the equipment and samples.
