Overview
HZAOC GDJW-800A high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate spraying, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
Features
1. The box adopts double-decked silicone rubber sealing door and multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass observation window with built-in heating wire to prevent low temperature frosting.
2. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has small thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
3. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, and supports full Chinese menu operation.
4. With multiple safety protection systems, including high voltage control, overvoltage, overload, phase loss, overtemperature and other protection.
5. Support 120 sets of program settings, each with a maximum of 99 steps, can be connected to cycle operation, and can resume operation after power failure.
Principle
The test chamber achieves temperature control through the evaporator, electric heater and fan in the air conditioning cabinet, and circulates the air by the upper air supply and lower air return mode. The heating system is driven by the PID signal controlled by the solid state relay, and the refrigeration system uses the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the temperature change is monitored and fed back in real time.

Steps
1. Set the temperature program through the controller or call the pre-stored process Linear dispersion.
2. Start the circulating fan to ensure that the system is normal and then start the refrigeration unit and heating system.
3. Monitor the real-time display of temperature, running time, number of segments and other data.
4. In the event of a failure, find the cause and deal with it according to the fault number displayed by the controller.
Notice
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, it is forbidden to start the refrigeration unit and heating system.
• When the unit is super high voltage or overloaded, the refrigeration unit will be automatically prohibited from running.
• When using the test hole, make sure that the stopper sealing is good to maintain the insulation performance.
• When the main controller fails, the independent over-temperature protector will disconnect the heating power protection device.
• Power frequency requirement is 380V +/- 10% to avoid voltage instability affecting operation.
