Overview
HZAOC GDJW-225B high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and can also conduct stress screening test on electronic components. Temperature range of the equipment is -30~ 150 ℃, studio volume is 225L, the whole box structure, equipped with LCD Touchscreen control system.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, and the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate
2. The thermal insulation material is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton, and the door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material
3. The observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, size 200 × 300mm, built-in special heating wire frost and lighting
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation
5. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertness and long service life
6. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components
7. The controller supports full Chinese menu operation, display resolution 0.01 ℃
8. The operation mode includes setting value and program operation, and the control mode is continuous PID control

Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through the heating and cooling system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which is controlled by the instrument outputting a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal and controlled by a solid-state relay; the cooling system uses a shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the control system precisely adjusts the temperature through a continuous PID control mode. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return to ensure the temperature uniformity. The operation mode of the equipment includes fixed value and program operation, which can simulate the change of high and low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Power on, voltage 380V +/- 10%
2. Select the running mode on the controller: set value or program run
3. Set temperature parameters, Temperature range -30~ 150 ℃
4. If using programs to run, call, or write programs, up to 120 groups of programs, each group up to 99 steps
5. Set Timer Range 0~ 999 hours
6. Start the device and monitor the real-time display data including set temperature, measured temperature, running time, etc
7. Turn off the device after the run is complete
Notice
• Ensure that the circulating fan starts normally when the equipment is running, otherwise the refrigeration unit and heating system will not operate
• Pay attention to monitoring the high voltage meter to ensure that the system operates within the safe pressure range
• When a fault occurs, find the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller
• The over-temperature protector is set independently, even if the main controller fails, the heating power can be disconnected
• Avoid opening and closing the door frequently when the equipment is running to maintain temperature stability
• Regularly check sealing materials and insulation layers to ensure equipment efficiency
• Pay attention to stopper sealing when using the test hole to prevent temperature leakage
