Overview
HZAOC GDJW-225B low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and can also conduct stress screening test on electronic components. Temperature range of -30~ 150 ℃, studio volume of 225L, adopts integral box structure, equipped with upper air supply and lower air return system and multiple Safety protection measures.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass and has built-in heating wire anti-frost and lighting

4. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertness and long service life
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, equipped with PT100 Temperature Sensor and Multiple Safety protection system
7. Equipped with independent over-temperature protectors and interlocking devices to ensure the safe operation of the equipment
Principle
The low/high temperature test Chamber realizes temperature control through heating system and refrigeration system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which is controlled by solid-state relays by outputting a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter; the refrigeration system adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, with imported brand refrigeration parts and R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The temperature sensor is in trend, and the Control system realizes precise temperature control through PID adjustment. The air supply method is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure Temperature uniformity.
