HZAOC GDJW-500B high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and can also conduct stress screening test on electronic components. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate spray, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by solid-state relay; the cooling capacity adjustment adopts shunt method. The control system adopts continuous PID control mode, which sets and monitors the temperature through the LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller. The air supply mode is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature transducer is placed in a trend to ensure temperature uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Set the temperature program in the controller, you can write the program name and call the stored process Linear dispersion.
2. Select the operation mode (set value or program operation), and set the program group and steps.
3. Start the equipment and monitor the parameters such as temperature, running time, and heating status displayed in real time.
4. In the event of a failure, locate the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller.
5. Use the test hole for testing, paying attention to the safety protection function of the equipment.
Notice
• Power frequency is 380V +/- 10% before running to avoid voltage instability affecting performance.
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started, and the fan status needs to be checked.
• Note that the over-temperature protector runs independently, even if the main controller fails, the heating power can be disconnected.
• When using the test hole, make sure that the stopper is made of silicone rubber low foam material to maintain thermal insulation efficiency.
• Avoid frosting in the observation window in a low temperature environment, and the built-in heating wire has been set to prevent frost.
• Regularly check the high voltage control, overvoltage, overload and other protection systems to ensure safe operation.
• Pay attention to the selection of alarm functions when setting the controller, including absolute value alarm and deviation alarm.
