Overview
HZAOC GDJW-500B low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in special heating wire to prevent frost and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test holes, and the stopper material is silicone rubber with low foaming, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertia, long service life and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant.
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, equipped with PT100 Temperature Sensor, accurate and stable control.
7. Safety protection measures are in place, including phase loss protection, over-temperature protection, and unit overload protection.
Principle
The test Chamber achieves temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the air is circulated by the upper air supply and lower air return. The heating system outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter and is controlled by a solid state relay. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed Compressor unit to achieve a low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system.
2. Check the water source and ensure that deionized water or purified water is used.
3. Set the required temperature parameters and Timer Range through the operation panel.
4. Start the device and observe the running status indicator.
5. Monitor the test process through the observation window and use test holes for testing if necessary.
6. After the test is completed, shut down the equipment according to the prescribed procedures.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 28 ℃, Humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• Ensure the normal operation of the circulating fan before starting
• Pay attention to observe the working status of each protection device
• Regularly check the high voltage meter monitoring of the refrigeration system
• Do not open the box door at will when the equipment is running
• Pay attention to disconnecting the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety
