HZAOC GDJW-500A low/high temperature test Chamber is a device suitable for storing, transporting and using adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment. The device supports temperature gradual change test and can perform stress screening test on electronic components. The studio volume is 500L and the Temperature range is -20~ 150 ℃.
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton. 2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting. 3. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertia, long life and stable and reliable control. 4. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant, Miscellaneous refrigeration parts are imported brands. 5.
