Overview
GDJW-500B high and low temperature alternating test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for the performance detection of aviation, aerospace products, information electronics, Instruments, materials, electricians, electronic products and various electronic components in high and low temperature environments. The equipment adopts advanced temperature control system and refrigeration technology to ensure stable and reliable test environment.
Features
1. The box body is processed and formed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
2. The liner adopts imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, and the shell adopts A3 steel plate spray, and the Appearance and texture are good.
3. Large observation window with lighting, embedded tempered Glass, easy to clearly observe the situation inside the box.
4. The left side of the box is equipped with a 50mm diameter test hole, which is convenient for external test power or signal wires.
5. The temperature control adopts a 7.0-inch large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument, and the operation setting is simple.
6. The controller has a locking function to avoid human error.
7. With P.I.D automatic calculation function, the temperature control is accurate and stable.
8. The refrigerator adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit.
9. The multi-wing blower is used for strong air circulation, resulting in uniform temperature distribution.

Principle
The test chamber precisely adjusts the temperature in the box through the temperature control system, and uses the P.I.D automatic calculation function to correct the temperature change in real time. The refrigeration system uses the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, combined with the circulation air path of the multi-wing blower, to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the test area. The heating system uses a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater, which operates independently to achieve rapid heating and cooling.

Steps
1. Power frequency AC280V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Enter the test conditions and parameters through the large-screen Touchscreen temperature and humidity control instrument.
3. Lock the controller to avoid misoperation.
4. Start the device, and the system automatically performs P.I.D calculations and temperature control.
5. Monitor the situation in the box by observing the window, and use the external cable of the test hole if necessary.
6. The test time can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 9999 minutes or hours.
7. After the test, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity should not exceed 85% R.H.
• Avoid opening doors frequently while the equipment is running to prevent temperature fluctuations.
• Regularly check the safety protection device, including leakage, short circuit, overtemperature, motor overheating, Compressor overvoltage, overload, overcurrent protection.
• Power frequency stable at AC280V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
When the equipment is running, do not touch high or low temperature parts to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Keep the inside and outside of the box clean, and maintain the refrigeration and circulation system regularly.
