Overview
HZAOC GDJW-800B high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components. The box body adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate spraying, the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton, and the door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material.

Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by solid state relay to ensure smooth and reliable. The refrigeration system adopts the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature transducer is placed in the trend to monitor the temperature. The control system adopts the continuous PID control mode to set and monitor the temperature program through the LCD Touchscreen to realize the high and low temperature alternating test.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and lighting switches.
2. Select the operation mode (fixed value or program operation) on the LCD Touchscreen controller.
3. Set the temperature program, including program groups, steps, cycles, etc.
4. Invoke pre-stored process Linear dispersion or write a new program name.
5. Start the equipment and monitor real-time display data such as temperature, time, and heating status.
6. After the test is completed, power off the equipment.
Notice
• Ensure that the circulating fan starts normally when the equipment is running, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system will not work.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protectors, high voltage controls, etc.
• When using the test hole, pay attention to the sealing of the stopper to prevent temperature leakage.
• Avoid running in a fault state and check the cause in time according to the fault number displayed by the controller.
• The total power of the equipment is 3~ 13.5KW, ensuring that the Power frequency is within the range of 380V +/- 10%.
• The observation window heating wire and lighting are for observation only, do not look directly at it for a long time.
