Overview
HZAOC GDJW-250D high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate spraying, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton to ensure temperature stability and durability.
Features
1. The box is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material and ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton, with excellent thermal insulation performance.
2. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, built-in heating wire anti-frost and lighting, easy to observe.
3. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
4. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, and supports full Chinese menu operation.
5. 120 sets of setting programs, each with a maximum of 99 steps, can be connected to the cycle, and the power failure recovery function is flexible.
6. Multiple safety measures, including phase loss, over-temperature, and overload protection, ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by solid-state relay; the refrigeration system adopts shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The control system adopts continuous PID control mode, which sets and monitors the temperature through the LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller. The air supply mode is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature transducer is placed in a trend to ensure temperature uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Set the temperature program through the LCD Touchscreen controller, and select the setting value or program operation mode.
3. Set program parameters, including temperature range, time, number of cycles, etc., can store and call multiple process Linear dispersion.
4. Start the equipment and monitor real-time data such as set temperature, measured temperature, running time, etc.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the power of the equipment and clean the inside of the cabinet.
Notice
• Power frequency and phase sequence should be checked before equipment operation to avoid phase loss or phase sequence errors.
• Regularly check heaters, cooling systems, and fans to ensure that there are no overloads or overtemperatures.
• The heating wire and lighting lamp of the observation window should be kept clean to prevent frost from affecting the observation.
• The test hole stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, which needs to be sealed after use to prevent temperature leakage.
• When the controller malfunctions, find the cause according to the fault number displayed on the LCD and deal with it in time.
• Do not open the door when the equipment is running to prevent temperature fluctuations and safety accidents.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to avoid the risk of electric shock.
