HZAOC GDJW-010E high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components. Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through the heating and cooling system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which is controlled by the instrument to output a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal and controlled by a solid-state relay to ensure smooth and reliable; the refrigeration system uses a shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The control system adopts a continuous PID control mode, which sets and monitors the temperature through the LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller. The air supply mode is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature transducer is placed in a trend to achieve accurate temperature change and uniformity.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Set the test parameters on the controller through the full Chinese menu, including temperature range, program group, number of steps, etc.
3. Select the running mode (fixed value or program running), and set the Timer Range (0~ 999 hours).
4. Start the equipment, monitor and display data in real time, such as temperature, running time, etc.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
* Power frequency is 380V +/- 10% to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment operation.
* Check the sealing of the box and the lighting of the observation window before operation to prevent air leakage or frost from affecting the test.
Pay attention to the number of steps and cycles when setting the program to avoid exceeding the equipment limit.
Monitor over-temperature, overload and other alarm functions when the equipment is running, and deal with faults in a timely manner.
Regularly maintain the heater and cooling system to ensure stable performance.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair electrical components to prevent electric shock or damage to the equipment.
