Overview
JINGQI YQX-II anaerobic incubator is composed of thermostatic foster room, anaerobic operation room, sampling room, gas circuit and circuit control system, box rack and other parts, using scientific and professional means to achieve High Accuracy, thermostatic anaerobic environment, easy for operators to operate in anaerobic environment and foster anaerobic bacteria.
Features
1. Temperature control adopts LCD large-screen display microcomputer control (with timing), which accurately and intuitively reflects the actual temperature in the box, with effective temperature limit protection, safe and reliable.
2. The box is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, and the gas enters the box after being filtrated, effectively avoiding bacterial contamination.
3. The gas path device can adjust the flow rate arbitrarily and can input various required gases.
4. The incubator is designed to widen the double door to avoid hitting the front window of the operation room when opening on one side, and can place more culture dishes.
5. The operating room is made of stainless steel plate, and the front window is made of thick transparent Impact-resistant special Glass plate, equipped with special gloves for reliability, comfort and flexibility.
6. The operating room is equipped with a tuberack and a deoxygenation catalyst.
7. The gas circuit switch uses a touch switch to control the solenoid valve, providing flexible operation.
Principle
The device inputs the required gas through the gas system and adjusts the flow rate, combines the deoxygenation catalyst to remove oxygen, and quickly forms an anaerobic environment in the operation room and sampling room; the temperature control system uses microcomputer control to maintain thermostatic, ultraviolet sterilization lamp and filtrate system to ensure sterile conditions, easy to foster and operate anaerobic bacteria.
