Overview
SANFA SYQX-II anaerobic incubator is a special device that can foster and operate bacteria in an anaerobic environment, which can foster various anaerobic organisms and avoid the risk of death due to exposure to oxygen when anaerobic organisms operate in the atmosphere. The product consists of foster operation room, sampling room, gas circuit and circuit Control system, molten wax sterilizer and other parts, and uses scientific means to achieve a high-precision, thermostatic anaerobic environment.
Features
1. It consists of foster operation room, sampling room, gas circuit and circuit Control system, wax sterilizer and other parts.
2. Use scientific means to achieve a high-precision, thermostatic anaerobic environment, which is convenient for operators to operate in an anaerobic environment and foster anaerobic bacteria.
3. The temperature control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Display Temperature Controller, which can accurately and intuitively reflect the actual temperature in the box, plus an effective temperature limit protection device, which is safe and reliable.
4. The box is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, and the gas enters the box after being filtrated, which can effectively avoid bacterial contamination.
5. Flow rate can be adjusted arbitrarily, and various required gases can be input arbitrarily.
6. The operating room is made of stainless steel plate, and the front window is made of transparent Impact-resistant Organic Glass. Special gloves are used for operation, which is reliable, comfortable, flexible and easy to use.
7. The operating room is equipped with an Autoclave inoculation rod, a wax melting disinfection device, and a deoxygenation catalyst.
Principle
The product inputs the required gas through the gas path Control system, adjusts the Flow rate to form an anaerobic environment, and maintains thermostatic conditions in combination with the temperature control system. UV sterilization lamps and gas filtrating systems avoid bacterial contamination, and deaerobic catalysts help maintain an anaerobic state, ensuring safe bacterial fostering and operation in an anaerobic environment.
Applications
Anaerobic biological fostering, bacterial manipulation
