Overview
The SX2-4-10N integrated box type resistance furnace is a cycle-operated heater of the JINGQI brand with an integrated programmed temperature control design. The product is used in coal, power, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, R & D institutions and Universities & colleges laboratories for sintering, heating and heat treatment applications.

Principle
The resistance furnace is heated by a high temperature resistance wire, and a K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple is used for temperature measurement. The control system realizes precise temperature control through PID adjustment. The Thermocouple enters the temperature measurement from the top of the furnace body, and the heating wire terminal is located below the back of the furnace body. The controller is located below the furnace body and is connected to the furnace body through compensation wires to automatically control the thermostatic process of heating up.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V, 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature program through the controller, and support 30-segment program settings
3. Set Timer Range 0~ 9999min
4. Start the equipment, the system automatically controls the thermostatic process
5. Turn off the device according to the specified procedures after use

• The maximum temperature of the equipment is 1000 ℃, Temperature range is 100~ 1000 ℃
• The heating rate should be controlled at ≤ 10 ° C/min
