Principle
The resistance furnace is electrified and heated through the resistance wire of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy, and the heat is evenly transferred to the furnace through the four walls of the furnace. The PID adjustment control system is adopted, and the temperature in the furnace is monitored in real time through the K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple, and the heating power is precisely controlled with solid state relays to realize automatic heating and thermostatic control. Built-in secondary overtemperature protection device ensures the safe operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V power supply
2. Set the temperature program through the controller (up to 30 segments)
3. Set the timing time (0-9999 minutes)
