SX2-15-10N integrated box type resistance furnace (muffle furnace) is a periodic working heater. Principle
The resistance furnace heats the furnace by electrifying the high temperature resistance wire arranged in the furnace. The temperature is measured by the K-indexed Thermocouple and fed back to the PID Control system. The system realizes accurate temperature control and thermostatic by adjusting the Power of the heating element. The user can set a complex heating program through the controller, and the equipment runs automatically to reach the set temperature Linear dispersion.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature program (up to 30 segments) and timing time (0 to 9999 minutes) through the controller under the furnace body.
3. Start the device, the system will automatically control the heating and thermostatic process according to the setting program.
4. After the experiment, wait for the furnace body to chill down naturally or operate according to the procedures.
5. Turn off the power.

• The power supply of the equipment is 380V, make sure the wiring is correct and grounded reliably.
• Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature of 1000 ° C.
• The heating rate is recommended not to exceed 10 ° C/min.
• When taking samples, pay attention to high temperature to prevent burns.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the furnace door at will to avoid affecting the furnace temperature and causing heat loss.
• Regularly check whether the wiring posts, Thermocouples and other components are well connected.
• Pay attention to whether the over-temperature protection function of the equipment is normal to ensure safe operation.
