Overview
SX2-18-10N integrated box type resistance furnace (muffle furnace) is a periodic operation heater, and the furnace body and control box are designed with an integrated structure. The furnace shell of this product is treated with a good cold plate and sprayed at high temperature, and the furnace tank is treated with a high aluminum liner for uniform heating. Principle
The resistance furnace is energized and heated by a helical heating element made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, and the heat is conducted through the furnace. The PID adjustment Control system is used to measure the temperature in the furnace through the K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple, and the signal is fed back to the controller. The controller realizes accurate temperature control and thermostatic operation by adjusting the Power of the heating element.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature program (up to 30 segments) and timing time (0 to 9999 minutes) through the controller.
3. Start the device and the system will automatically control the heating and thermostatic process.
4. After the experiment is completed, the heating is stopped according to the procedure, and the sample is processed after the furnace body is chilled down.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is 380V, please ensure that the power supply matches and is safely wired.
• Do not operate above the maximum temperature of 1000 ° C.
• During operation and just after the furnace body high temperature, do not touch, pay attention to burns.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in the furnace.
• Regularly check whether the wiring posts, Thermocouples and other components are well connected.
• The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated and smooth drying place.
• If the over-temperature protection is triggered, the cause needs to be checked and reset before use again.
