Overview
The LANDTEK CM8825fn platings thickness measurement instrument is a dual-function Coating thickness gauge with a built-in Sensor that automatically recognizes the substrate type of different measurements and displays the F/N logo on the LCD screen. The instrument has a USB interface to connect to a PC to transfer data, supports single and continuous measurement modes, and has an automatic shutdown function to extend battery life.
Features
1. Single and Continuous Measurement modes available
2. Metric/imperial unit conversion function
3. Manual shutdown, automatic shutdown and undervoltage prompt function
4. Automatically remember the calibrated value and automatically identify the material of the tested substrate
5. There is a buzzer prompt tone during operation
6. Use USB data cable output, RS-232C data cable and software to communicate with PC
7. Optional configuration Bluetooth Bluetooth ™ data output
8. Integral Design Suitable for One Hand Operation, Large Probe Contact Surface Provides Better Stability
Principle
Using magnetic Induction + eddy Current Dual Measurement principle, the magnetic Sensor measurement of non-ferrous magnetic Coating thickness on ferromagnetic metal substrates such as steel and iron, and the nonconductive coating thickness on substrates such as copper, aluminum, zinc, and tin through eddy current Sensor measurement.
Applications
Manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields
