Overview
The HN-20 digital torque tester is a general-purpose torsional torque measuring instrument produced by HBO. It is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the torsional performance of some components. It is also used for the measurement and correction of the torque and torque setting of various electric batches, torque batches, and torque wrenches. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, and reliable data. It is equipped with a special host computer operating software that can be connected to a computer to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The digital torque tester uses electronic Sensor technology for torsional torque measurement, detects torque signals through Sensor and converts them into electrical signals, which are displayed on the segment LCD screen after processing, and can be connected to a computer for data analytics and storage through special host computer software.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply or use the built-in lithium battery for power supply.
2. Set the test mode as needed (real-time torque tracking mode, peak hold mode or first peak mode)
3. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time, gravity acceleration value and other parameters
4. Carry out torque test, the instrument automatically displays the measurement results
5. Determine whether the data is qualified or not through sound alarm and level signal output
6. Store test data to automatically calculate Average, MAX Maximum and MIN Minimum
7. Connect the computer and use the host computer software for data analytics, export and report generation
