Overview
HN-20C digital dynamic torque tester is an intelligent measurement instrument of HBO brand, specially designed and manufactured for detecting various swirl/spin dynamic torque. The instrument is used to detect the torque change of motors, gear reducers and other products during the working process. It adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, reliable data, and is equipped with special host computer operating software. It can be connected to a computer to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The instrument uses electronic Sensor technology to detect dynamic torque, monitors the torque change of swirl/spin equipment in real time through Sensor, and transmits the data to the processing unit for analysis and display. Equipped with host computer software, connected to the computer through serial port to realize further processing, storage and visualization of data.

Steps
1. Connect Sensors and Test Equipment
2. Power on the instrument
3. Select the test mode and unit
4. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time, gravitational acceleration value or automatic shutdown time (if required)
5. Start the test, the instrument displays the torque value in real time
6. Data is automatically stored or exported through the host computer software
7. Analyze test results and generate reports
