Overview
HN series digital torque tester is a general-purpose torsional torque measuring instrument, which is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the torsional performance of some components. It is also used for the measurement and correction of various electric batches, torque batches, and torque wrench torque and torque setting conditions. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, and reliable data. It is equipped with a special host computer operating software to connect to a computer for data storage, analysis, export, query and printing.

Principle
The instrument uses electronic Sensor technology for torsional torque measurement, detects torque signals through Sensor and converts them into electrical signals, which are displayed on the LCD screen after processing, and can be connected to the host computer software for data analytics and management.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply or use the built-in lithium battery for power supply.
2. Set the test mode as needed (real-time torque tracking mode, peak hold mode or first peak mode)
3. Set the unit (N.m, kgf.cm or lbf.in)
4. Set the upper and lower limit comparison values for qualification judgment
5. Perform torque test operation
6. Review test results and data analytics
7. Connect to the host computer software for data storage, export, and report generation
