Overview
HN-100C digital dynamic torque tester is an intelligent measurement instrument designed by HBO for detecting various swirl/spin dynamic torque. It is used to detect torque changes of motors, gear reducers and other products during operation. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, reliable data, and is equipped with special host computer software to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The tester detects swirl/spin dynamic torque through electronic Sensor technology, collects and processes torque data in real time. Equipped with special host computer software to connect to the computer, realizes data storage, analysis, export, query and printing, and supports a variety of test modes and automatic unit conversion.

Steps
1. Connect Sensors and Test Instruments
2. Set the test mode (real-time torque tracking mode, peak hold mode or first peak mode)
3. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time, gravitational acceleration value and automatic shutdown time
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically collects torque data
5. View data Linear dispersion, store data, export excel format or generate test report through PC software
6. According to the preset standard value for qualified judgment, the instrument provides sound alarm and level signal output
