Overview
HN-200E digital high-speed torque tester is an intelligent multi-functional Measurement instrument designed by HBO for detecting the torque of high-speed and Impact torsion equipment. It is mainly used to detect the tightness of the workpiece and the torsional performance of the component. It can also measure and correct the torque and torque setting of various electric batches, wind batches, torque batches, and torque wrench. It has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, and reliable data.

Principle
The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which detects torque signal in real time through High Accuracy Sensor, converts it into digital signal for processing and display. It is equipped with special host computer operating software to connect to the computer to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Steps
1. Connect the instrument to a power supply or charger
2. Turn on the instrument power switch
3. Set test mode, unit, upper and lower limits and other parameters as needed
4. Connect the tester to the equipment or workpiece under test
5. Start the test, the instrument automatically collects torque data
6. Observe the real-time data of the display screen or host computer software and Linear dispersion
7. After the test is completed, the data is automatically stored
8. Query, analyze, export data or generate reports through PC software
9. Turn off the power of the instrument and store it properly
Notice
• The working environment should be free of vibration and corrosive media
• operation temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20 ℃~ 70 ℃
• The relative humidity should be kept at 15% to 80%
• Make sure the battery is fully charged or connected to a stable power supply before use
• Avoid operating in extreme temperature or humidity conditions
• Use special toolboxes for transportation and storage to prevent damage
