Overview
HN-200C digital dynamic torque tester is an intelligent Measurement instrument produced by HBO, specially designed and manufactured for detecting various swirl/spin dynamic torque. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data. It is equipped with a special host computer operating software to connect to a computer to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The instrument uses electronic Sensor technology to detect various swirling/spinning dynamic torque, collects torque data in real time through Sensor, and uses built-in algorithms to process and analyze the data to achieve accurate measurement and display of torque changes.

Steps
1. Connect Sensors and Instruments
2. Set test parameters (e.g. unit, test mode, upper and lower limit comparison values, etc.)
3. Start the test, the instrument automatically collects torque data
4. Data is output to the host computer software through the serial port
5. View, analyze, store, and export data in the host computer software
6. Generate test reports and print them
