Overview
The HN-2B bottle cap torque tester is a special equipment produced by HBO for the measurement of product locking and opening torque performance. The instrument is suitable for the torque value measurement of bottle Encasement products, suction nozzle Encasement products, hose Encasement products bottle caps and lamp head bulbs. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data. It is widely used in food, cosmetics, lamps and other industries. It is equipped with special host computer software to connect to a computer to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The instrument uses electronic Sensor technology to measure torque. The Sensor detects the locking and opening torque values of the bottle cap or lamp holder, and transmits the data to the processing system. The system processes the data according to the preset mode (such as real-time tracking, peak holding or first peak) for accurate measurement and display.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set test parameters, such as units, test modes, upper and lower limits, etc
3. Clamp the sample on the fixture (standard clamping range φ 28mm-φ 185mm)
4. Start test, instrument automatic measurement torque value
5. View the display results, including real-time torque, peak, etc
6. Data is automatically stored and can be queried, exported or printed through the host computer software
7. Optional printer to print data directly
8. Shut down or set automatic shutdown after the test is completed
