Overview
HN-2BP bottle cap torque tester is an intelligent multi-function Measurement instrument specially designed by HBO brand for testing and detecting various bottle cap opening and closing torque. The instrument is convenient and fast to clamp, with a maximum clamping diameter of 200mm. It is equipped with a USB serial port output to transmit data to a computer for analysis, printing and other processing.

Principle
The instrument detects the opening and closing torque of various bottle caps, lamp heads and other products through the built-in Sensor, and converts the torque signal into an electrical signal for processing and display.

Bottle cap, lamp holder.
Steps
1. Clamp the tested bottle cap or lamp holder
2. Set the upper and lower limit deviation values
3. Perform torque test
4. Output data to the computer through the USB serial port
5. Perform data analytics, printing, etc

• Maximum clamping diameter does not exceed 200mm
• Charge with an external smart charger
