HN-20B bottle cap torque tester is a special equipment under the HBO brand for measurement of product locking and opening torque performance. The instrument adopts electronic Sensor technology, which has the advantages of High Accuracy, Easy Operation, High Sensitivity and Reliable Data. It is suitable for measuring the torque value of bottle Encasement products, suction nozzle Encasement products, hose Encasement products bottle caps and lamp head bulbs. Widely used in food, cosmetics, lamps and other industries, equipped with PC software to realize data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions.

Principle
The cap torque tester accurately measures the locking and opening torque of the product through electronic Sensor technology. The instrument adopts a two-way calibration method to ensure High Accuracy of forward and reverse torque measurement. Through real-time data collection and processing, torque value tracking, peak holding and first peak detection are realized.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and the host computer software (if required)
2. Set test parameters, such as units, test modes, upper and lower limits, etc
3. Hold the sample within the scope of the fixture
4. Start test, instrument automatic measurement torque value
5. View test results including real-time data, spikes, and Linear dispersion
6. Use PC software for data storage, analysis, export, or printing
7. Automatically determine eligibility according to preset criteria
