Overview
HN-20BP bottle cap torque tester is an intelligent multi-function Measurement instrument designed by HBO for testing various bottle cap opening and closing torque. The instrument is convenient and fast to install, with a maximum clamping diameter of 200mm, and is equipped with USB serial output, which can transfer the test data to the computer for analysis and printing processing.

Principle
The instrument detects the opening and closing torque of bottle caps and other products through the built-in Sensor, and converts the torque signal into an electrical signal for processing and display. The test data can be output to the computer through the USB serial port for further analysis and processing.

Steps
Step 1 Clip the cap to the tester
2. Set test parameters and upper and lower limit deviation values
3. Conduct opening and closing torque test
4. Read the test data
5. Transfer the data to the computer through the USB serial port for analysis and processing
Notice
• When clamping the bottle cap, pay attention that the maximum clamping diameter does not exceed 200mm
• Charge with an external smart charger to extend battery life
• Pay attention to setting the appropriate automatic shutdown time without operation
• Before testing, confirm that the Sensor installation method is built-in
• Keep the instrument clean and avoid violent vibration
