HT-5000P spring tensile and compression testing machine is a HT series electronic digital display spring tensile and compression testing machine under the HBO brand, which is specially used to test the deformation and load relationship characteristics of tensile and compression springs. The instrument is suitable for working load testing of tensile and compression springs under a certain working length.

Principle
HT-5000P spring tensile and compression testing machine applies load to tensile and compression springs through electronic digital display technology, and measures the deformation of the spring and the load relationship characteristics. The instrument uses High Accuracy Sensor to collect data, and displays the test results in real time through the LCD screen, and has data storage and processing functions.

Steps
1. Set the upper and lower limit alarm values
2. Select the test unit (N, kgf, lbf)
3. Set peak hold time (0 to 99 seconds)
4. Set the automatic shutdown time without operation (0-99 minutes)
5. Conduct spring tensile or compression tests
6. View the test data and perform analysis and processing
7. Optionally connect the computer to display the force value Linear dispersion and force value table
8. Optionally use a micro printer to output test results
